Years have elapsed, bringing about significant changes.

Following an unexpected phone call from your twin sister, you opt to return home to unravel the unfolding mystery….

But what awaits you is beyond imagination.

Story

You play as a handsome young guy with a dark past. Currently, you live with your longterm girlfriend Miru, but things take a dark turn when you get an unexpected call from your estranged twin sister Leia.

Miru is a playful character with a high sex drive and goofy personality. You can have numerous lewd scenes with her, but you can also suggest an open relationship. You can skip it, and disable NTR content that way. There seem to be plenty of feuds between different characters – Miru and Daphne, your friend, as well as other characters back home.

Returning home brings many familiar faces back into your life. You find out that your mother, Helen, had a car accident after which she became completely mute. You are determined to help her recover from that state, but find it difficult to deal with the situation. Leia also doesn’t show many feelings towards you, and you feel like she’s lying, but you are able to catch a break from all the mess by spending time with Miru, whom you’ve brought home with you.

Another thing from your past resurfaces once a female cop, Monica, whose virginity you took back when you were younger, then left her naked and creampied on the table in a room where a party was about to start, and all people had seen it. She resents you because of that, but also because of your family’s shady past.

Meanwhile, you are met with Katarina, Scarlett and many other people from your hometown, and some new secrets start to resurface -your family is actually a clan (or a gang) and there’s a huge rivalry between your family and the other gang. You will have to navigate the future events which happen and see if you will uncover the mystery behind it all.

Now, don’t get me wrong, this game is a beautiful masterpiece regarding all the visuals, but the story is a bit complex, and doesn’t really tell you much. At one point, it started to feel as if the events were just happening, but there wasn’t a lot of explanation behind it – It’s also quite challenging to grasp the narrative’s developments since you receive scant information from anyone. There’s the peculiar situation between MC and Katie, with their animosity unexplained, and then suddenly, two spiders in a room make them fast friends. The abrupt transition from one extreme to another without any background information feels disorienting.

A similar issue exists with most love interests; they appear to be harboring secrets, yet it seems the revelation will be a prolonged process, as MC either can’t or won’t inquire about these mysteries, making it challenging to determine what actions or words to choose when you’re in the dark. The writing is good but the slow-burn and complex story doesn’t give you a lot of information.

As with his other VN – Summer’s Gone, Ocean impresses with his visual design but unlike SG, this one has sex scenes. Outstanding graphics and animations; arguably the finest in its class, if not unparalleled.

The main character’s appearance is the most visually impressive I’ve encountered in any visual novel, and the female characters exhibit a diverse range of body types and facial features. While most assets lean toward curviness, the overall aesthetic quality is remarkable.

The renders are very cinematic and the lighting attributes to the quality of the renders and the overall dark atmosphere of this VN. There’s a gallery that you can check out as well as a long animation which serves as a trailer.

Gameplay

Although the game boasts visually appealing renders and exhibits evident care in character design, lighting, and posing, its storyline feels somewhat lacking, and the character development appears to follow predictable patterns.

Additionally, I hope for an expanded selection of choices, offering more variety, and the inclusion of additional girls to enhance the game’s potential, although this potential may take time. I really liked the music and how it combines with the beautiful, cinematic renders.

In my opinion, Ocean never fails with his visual design and animations. On the other hand, the story left me a bit confused and I wonder if he will add more choices to enhance the playing experience. Nevertheless, it’s a promising game with a huge potential to become one of the best games out there. Make sure to check it out.
